Dr. Renske Kruizinga

Renske Kruizinga heeft een achtergrond in Religiewetenschappen (MA - VU Amsterdam) en is gepromoveerd in de algemene geneeskunde, op een onderzoek naar spirituele zorg voor patiënten met kanker aan de UvA / AmsterdamUMC en de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. Ze werkte bij Tilburg University aan het opzetten van een interuniversitair onderzoekscentrum voor geestelijke verzorging. Sinds 2020 is ze als universitair docent verbonden aan de Universiteit voor Humanistiek bij de leerstoelgroep Geestelijke Verzorging. Haar onderzoek richt zich op spirituele zorg bij het levenseinde, zingeving in de hedendaagse tijd en de ontwikkeling van professionele geestelijke verzorging.
